Reading these reviews, I'm not surprised at all. I too experienced his terrible treatment to his staff who were working very hard and were very polite. I'm sorry to say that Frank the owner is not polite, very rude, disrespectful and stubborn. Frank had a problem with his credit card machine, he asked if I can fix it, I offered my services, when it came for me to pay over $210 for the services he charged my family and I, he was being very stingy on the discount for me fixing his credit card machine. He called the cops and when the cops came, Frank lied and said he never asked for my services. I told Frank that he can charge me his full price but I will charge him for my services renderred. He refused. I'll be seeing him in court. His stubbornness and pride will get him nowhere in life. When someone offers their services, you expect to get paid. He could've a lot of money that day if I did not fix his machine because he didn't know how to do it.Terrible management by Frank. I Will not be coming here again and neither will the rest of my family and friends. His business will not last long if he does not change his business mindset.
