this place was amazing!! although when I pulled out my phone to distract myself from the pain, the lady yelled at me and said they ask costumers not to go on their phones..without reason which was confusing since you're in a private room. does anyone know why this is?

Wow! I didn't expect to feel as comfortable as I did when I entered this salon, as I had a big fear since it would be my first brazilian wax and I had no idea what to expect. First off, the inside is beautiful and extremely cleanly. Even the front desk girls were extremely pleasant and easy to talk to. I had waited no longer than one minute before my wax specialist came out to greet me with a warm smile. I was taken back into the room where we engaged in small talk while she told me the details of what I should expect. Once disrobed and one the waxing table, I couldn't believe how unbelievably comfortable I was! My wax specialist was incredible and very easy going. It took less than 15 minutes and I was in and out. They used some incredible product on my skin which I ended up purchasing before leaving. I will for sure be coming back!
